Oh Baby Boutique! Consignment Rules

1.    All items must be free of stains, rips and tears. All buttons must be present and if a zipper is on a garment it must be in working order.
 

2.    Items must be freshly laundered: items smelling of smoke or being musty will not be accepted.  Items with animal fur will also be returned.
 

3.    Items must be sorted by boy / girl and by size. Please make sure your items are laid flat and folded to reduce wrinkling.
 

4.    Clothing, bedding etc. must be in a laundry basket or tub; they will be returned to you once inventory of your items has been entered into the system.
 

5.    Non-clothing items: toys, shoes, books etc. can be brought in using bags.
 

6.    We do accept non-seasonal items remember though these items will remain in storage and will not be displayed until the appropriate season.
 

7.    Toys must be checked with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at http://www.cpsc.gov/ for recalls. They must be in working order and have fresh batteries in them.
 

8.    All infant furniture, car seats, bouncers etc. must also be checked with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at http://www.cpsc.gov/. Items requiring batteries must be in working order with fresh batteries installed.
 

9.    Any items found to have been recalled will need to be picked up immediately. We care deeply about the children who will be enjoying your items and follow strict standards.
 

10.                       Please clearly label your bags, tubs and laundry baskets we want to ensure your items remain easily identifiable.
 

11.                       When filling out your consignment contract make sure to mark that you want your non-accepted items returned or they will be donated.
